In order to install DHCPing, download/uncompress/untar the package

DHCPing package (includes patched Net-RawIP-0.1a)
DHCPing 0.91 (UNIX only)

Then type:

perl Makefile.PL
make install


Also before installing it, please ensure you have all required modules
as listed below
